One of the instructors at my kickboxing school has put me on a healthy eating plan. The main part of which is that I can’t eat any carbohydrates after 2 in the afternoon. It’s quite difficult to follow but it does seem to be working, I’m feeling much better in general. One of the wierdest side effects is the fact that I can now get up in the morning. I used to find it really difficult to haul myself out of bed in the morning but now suddenly, I’ve been waking up before my alarm and making myself proper breakfasts.
